The favorite black sea mussels
The recipe is giving you final weight of 0,450 kg, portion for one person
Ingredients:
- 0,400 kg Black sea mussels
- 0,05 kg shallots
- 0,005 kg Garlic
- 0,05 kg Butter
- 0,07 kg Beer or white wine
- 0,007 kg Dill
- 0,007 kg Lovage
- 0,007 kg Parsley
- 0,004 kg Salt
- 0,001 kg Mixed pepper
Procedure :
1.In a pot we melt the butter then shallots and garlic goes in and we sweat then with out color !
2.We add the mussels in which we cleaned and washed in advance .
3.Next is the beer we turn the heat up and put a lid on .
4.When all the mussels is open for 3-5 minutes we add the salt , pepper and the fresh herbs and mix well .
5.Serve the mussels in a deep plate with grilled focaccia if desired .
