Rosemary popcorn

Who doesn't like popcorn ? They are something that most people love, but almost no one makes them , but buys them ready-made in a bag or microwave.

Ingredients:

  • 0.2 kg of corn for popcorn.
  • 0.05 kg of pork fat or sunflower oil
  • 0,002kg Salt
  • 0,002 kg Fresh Rosemary leaves

Procedure :

1. Put a pot with a lid on the stove and melt the fat over a low heat.

2.We put the corn in the pan, observing that the amount is no more than the coating of the bottom.

3.We turn the heat up , and when the popcorn starts to pop, we put the lid on .

4.We move the pan so the popcorn rotate , and we have to be careful not to burn them.

5.When the crackling sound decreases, pull them out of the fire, remove the lid, sprinkle with salt and the finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves.
