Basil pesto

I want to share with you a very quick and easy recipe that will delight your senses with its freshness and will cause an explosion, after which you will never want to use pesto from a jar again. It can be used for a snack with fresh bread, with which to make bruschettas or added to pasta is also an ideal combination with chicken breast .Basil is not only a food, but in fact it is very useful for our health, a natural remedy for our body, so we should not neglect it in our daily lives. Due to its antibacterial properties, it is very effective in lowering temperatures of various origins. Because it keeps cholesterol levels low, basil is very good for the heart and can prevent weakness or even a heart attack. Basil is a wonderful source of many vitamins. These include vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin C. They help the body have a strong immune system, good eyesight and an active metabolism.
Ingredients:
• 0,250 kg Extra virgin olive oil
• 0,150 kg parmezan
• 0,015 kg garlic
• 0,08 kg basil
• 0,002 kg sea salt
• 0,06 kg pine nuts
Procedure :
1. In a blender put olive oil, garlic and Parmesan, cut into small cubes, as well as basil, which we cut into small pieces, not using only the middle, thickest stem.
2. Blend the products for no more than 30-40 seconds, then add the pine nuts and blend again for 30-40 seconds until almost smooth texture.
3. Add salt and stir with a spoon.
