Roasted buttery Seabream
Hello, today I want to present you a very simple and quick recipe for fish lovers who don't have much time to cook .Seabream is a fish with a relatively high amount of fat, an incredible aroma and taste that comes from the Mediterranean .It can be found relatively easily, with good quality and reasonable price . Favorite fish for me, which I cooked in different ways, I even won prizes .Something we need to know is that Seabream and fish in general don't take much time to cook, and we need to be very careful with this if we want to get a delicious and juicy fillet ! As for most of the recipes I make, I got inspiration from my sweetheart or in the case of :"please, I want to have some fish, make me something!“. And since we are the parents of a 3-month-old baby, in most cases it should be something that doesn't require so much preparation !
Ingredients:
1 kg Seabream (2 fish -0,5 kg each)
0,02 kg parsley
0,08 kg lemon
0,01 kg salt
0,002 kg black pepper
0,02 kg sunflower oil
0,1 kg butter
Procedure :
1. We buy a beautiful and fresh Seabream(the gills should be light red-pink, they should look shiny and dense and smell like the sea, and the eyes should be transparent and shiny ) cleaned so as not to waste extra time, and what we will do with it is to cut out all the fins-no tail with scissors, so as not to hurt ourselves when we apply the salt and other ingredients , and we do not need it ,as they are not suitable for eating. In addition, we need to clean the scales which the easiest to do ,immersing the fish in a container filled with cold water , and with the back of a knife blade we make movements over the skin from tail to head, then make 5 cuts along the fillet from head to tail, watching as they are at the same distance .
2. Season the fish with salt and pepper , then rub it well .
3.In the belly of the fish, put parsley, only pre-washing it and
the pre-cut the lemon into relatively thin slices .

5. Apply oil on the bottom of the baking pan, , put the fish and oil the fish itself. The oil is a good conductor of heat and will improve the roasting of the skin
6.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with a fan and bake for exactly 23 minutes, every 7 minutes we take out the fish and baste with the melted butter using a spoon .
7. We serve as desired with fresh seasonal salad and lemon wedges .
