Имам над 20 години опит в кулинарията, винаги поддържам страст към хранителната индустрия.Отворен съм към възможности за изучаване на нови култури и кухни. Обичам да работя в бърза среда и наистина  да предизвиквам себе си. Имах късмета да работя на три различни континента и да се срещна с големи европейски, американски и азиатски готвачи.
I worked in Norway 5 years before my current job at CAI at the University of Management in Varna, including as Sous Chef for the winner of the 2009 Bocuse d’or Geir Skeie. I have good communication skills for giving instructions and training. I use the best ways to save costs and manage time.
