I had a lot of information, I knew what I wanted, but someone had to sort it out and save me from wandering! So I asked Kaloyan for help !!!!He arranged the chaos in my head! He showed me how to organize my work process from A to Z! Request, arrangement in the kitchen, use of special appliances for convenience !!! Compaction of the working day! And last but not least valuation !!!!! I am grateful for his dedication and for the way he accepted with his heart everything related to the Gram for Kilogram project. "Fresh pasta to go" is a small pasta workshop where the whole family helps:

    We love fresh pasta madly and the creation of this place made a dream come true. The road was difficult, but it was worth it! We made an effort to find out everything about preparing and serving the perfect portion of fresh pasta.

   At that moment, our meeting with Chief K. Kolev was the ray of light we were looking for. His professionalism gave us the confidence and courage we needed. From our first meeting, he fell in love with the idea and embraced it as his dream. Each recipe that chef K. Kolev created for us is perfectly balanced and insanely delicious. The products we use are quality because this is Italian cuisine. Like the icing on the cake (in the case of pasta), Chef K. Kolev adapts the latest fashion trends in gastronomy and professional gourmet cuisine into recipes - quick and easy to make.
